Science of Cooking: Bread & Butter

My nephew has recently been interested in cooking/baking and he loved this crate.  

My Grandson got this, he loved the bread but the butter he didn't do because you need to shake for 20 minutes, that was too long for a child

This is for Father's day. My boyfriend really likes cooking so I'm hoping they can make bread together.

My 9 year old granddaughter really enjoyed this box.  The directions were clear and straightforward, the finished loaf was delicious, if not quite as perfect as the picture.  Cooking is an important life skill and one children can enjoy, if presented correctly. 

My 10-year-old granddaughter loved it, even though you labeled it for 5-year-olds.   She’s a French cuisine specialist. You should develop more cooking/chemistry crates!

Fascinating, educational, fun and delicious.  The cutest cakes ever. My 9 year old granddaughter has been "baking"  since she was 2 with her older sister and me, but always with lots of help. She could do this project with minimal help and  she was so proud of herself and the results. Directions were clear, she learned so much using a scale, measuring and mixing. She skipped the salt in the second batch, still lots of sodium from the baking powder, they came out even tastier and still easy to decorate! She LOVED  this kit!

The ice cream that you can make is for everyone, looks great, and tastes even better. 

We loved this one!  It’s been a total hit for the kids and there are a ton of experiments to do—we haven’t made it through them all yet.  I also find that the kids love the cooling tools that come with the kit, which gets them into cooking in general.  Love it!

I'm pretty sure I'm even more excited about this kit than my kid! We're still playing around with sorbets and having a blast. Everything in this kit is good quality and kid-friendly. The instruction book even has thick, stain-resistant pages that can handle life in a messy kitchen.

We loved this crate! We made vanilla ice cream & added Oreo crumbles. It turned out great! The girls had so much fun rolling the container & measuring out the ingredients!
